WINTER
Downhill skiing at Mont Edouard 28 slopes, 450 m difference in height which makes it the 6th ski center in Quebec, slopes for snowboard and Telemark.
The Mont Édouard: a hill full of pleasures only 15 minutes away from the Auberge.
Cross-Country Skiing Many trails available from the Auberge, from Mont Édouard and in the Bas Saguenay. Most of the trails are marked up, thought not regularly kept.
Nordic ski ride 100 km of marked up, well kept trails on the “Sentier des Murailles” for every difficulty level, surrounded by breathtaking sceneries.
Snowmobiling with a direct access by the provincial trail 383. It's location nearby the Fjord, the Auberge du Jardin is a stop very appreciate by the snowmobilist.
Dogsledding Close to the Mont Édouard, a dog sleigh excursion through the hinterland is an inescapable, unforgettable winter experience.
Snowshoeing Many kilometres of marked out or wild trails accessible from the Auberge and from many locations all over the Bas Saguenay.
Ice fishing Two exceptional sites are accessible on the Saguenay fjord from the immediate vicinity of the Auberge in Anse Saint-Jean.
International Christmas Mangers Exposition Rivière Éternité
More than 250 mangers from 55 different countries are displayed and more than 150 illuminated outdoor mangers are spread around the village.
